古い本の美しさにインスパイアされたコレクションをシャイヨー宮内の荘厳な雰囲気の美術館で発表。本のページのように布を重ねたり、本をとじるように布をリボンで束ねたドレス。ページをめくったような打合せやメタルパンチングでとめたプリーツ。ジャージドレスにあしらわれたカリグラフィのモチーフ。ギリシア風シルエットのエレガントなコレクションに、円形プリーツや折り紙風のモチーフ、ビビッドカラーのマルチストライプミックスなどの鮮やかなデコレーションがモダンなムードを添えている。
A collection inspired by the beauty of old books is presented in the majestic atmosphere of the museum in the Palais de Chaillot. Dresses with fabric layered like the pages of a book, or ribbons of fabric bound together like the binding of a book. Pleats were punched and metal punched to resemble turned pages. Calligraphy motifs on jersey dresses. Circular pleats, origami-style motifs, multi-stripe mixes in vivid colors, and other such vivid decorations add a modern mood to this elegant collection of Greek-inspired silhouettes.
